Northwood's Media Center is open daily from 7:15 until 3 p.m.  Thursday evenings from October - May are family nights, open until 7 p.m.  The Media Center also is open for Northwood families on Wednesday mornings in June.

 Students in 5th grade may check out 3 books at a time for 2 weeks. 

1st through 4th graders may have 2 books at a time.

Kindergartners check out 1 book at a time.

Parents may check out up to 5 books at a time.

Magazines may be checked out for 3 days.

Students may renew books for an additional 2 weeks if they need more time.

All students who were at school on Picture Day have a photo id library card.  Students in grades 3-5 also have a library barcode in their agendas.  Students are expected to bring either a library card or their agenda in order to check out books.

Borrowing library books is a privilege.  Students are expected to take good care of the books and return them on time.  We do not collect fines for late books, however, students who damage or lose library books are expected to pay for them.
