Accelerated Reader Test Lists

 
Northwood owns 10,023 AR tests.  We have tests on picture books, fiction books, and nonfiction books.  Students can choose books with orange dots and AR labels to indicate the book levels. 

Students in grades 2-5 independently take computer comprehension tests on books they have read.  They earn points depending on their level of comprehension.  Each grade level determines the goals and policies for AR for that grade.  First grade students begin AR testing in the second semester. 

Though we do not have tests for all books, we update our test list by continuously adding tests for new popular book titles.  This list is current as of August 2008.
